Presentations to educate, motivate and inspire

Paul Spence’s life changed in 2012 when a single punch altered everything – but he didn’t want his brain injury to define him Paul Talks takes audiences on his deeply personal, life-changing journey, sharing the setbacks, obstacles, hard-fought battles and valuable lessons that have shaped his story. Paul uses his experience to motivate, inspire and educate others, demonstrating how a change in attitude, lifestyle choice and habits can be transformational.

Paul Talks also explores how Paul has defied the odds. He has travelled the globe taking on incredible physical challenges – running marathons, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, completing Ironman UK, as well as swimming, running, cycling and hiking challenges. His aim is simple: to become the best version of himself – physically, mentally and emotional.

Perhaps most importantly, Paul founded P.A.U.L For Brain Recovery, a charity designed to support, guide and educate others. The charity incorporates the many lessons from Paul’s has learned through his lived experience.

Paul Talks has been successfully delivered across the education sector, the criminal justice system and commercial organisations, creating a deeper understanding of how one person’s actions can have a profound impact on another’s life. The talks consider how we can change our behaviour, transform ourselves, think more positively and recognise how small changes can make a big difference. By focusing on personal wellbeing, Paul shares how you can change your life and your direction, move forward and achieve things you once thought impossible.

The whole presentation was great. It was all very informative especially from a first-person experience as you’re able to share so many smaller but very important aspects of the experience.

Really inspiring talk – so valuable to hear Paul’s experiences. It felt like such a privilege to hear about his journey and the talk has really helped me to better understand what it’s like to experience a brain injury and what the journey can bring. Thanks so much.
