East Riding Council Commissions One Punch Ruins Lives Across All Secondary Schools
I’m delighted to share that East Riding of Yorkshire Council has commissioned my One Punch Ruins Lives talk for all of its secondary, alternative provision and SEND schools.
That means 45 talks, where I’ll be speaking directly to more than 7,000 students. In addition, the Council has commissioned 1,225 copies of my One Punch Ruins Lives book for schools across the East Riding.
The talks and books raise awareness of the devastating impact of violence, encouraging young people to think about their actions and understand the consequences. They promote emotional intelligence, helping students to manage their emotions, make better choices, and potentially save lives.
The initiative launched today at Hornsea School & Language College with sessions for Year 9 and Year 10 students. It was a fantastic start, with excellent engagement and thoughtful questions throughout the day. Thank you to the staff and students for such a warm welcome.
I’m always proud to raise awareness of P • A • U • L For Brain Recovery ❤️
Together, through education and awareness, we can help prevent needless tragedies and create safer communities for future generations.
